Director, Private Label

What you'll do: Lead the product management team that creates the best brands in the pet industry Build and manage a team of direct reports to drive execution of projects and strategies Work in parallel with our product development, sourcing, quality and finance teams to develop core strategies and execution plans to grow our portfolio of products. Analyze new categories to design targets and ideas for innovation Build launch plans to drive customer conversion on our site Understand the P+L and cost drivers for our products and the category to drive optimum performance for our team Analyze sales of existing products/brands to determine issues and opportunities Develop plans to ensure categoryshare targets are achieved  Position may require travel What you'll need: 10+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, retail buying or vendor management Undergraduate degreerequired. MBA preferred Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - prioritization, planning and time management Demonstrated analytical skills, and the ability to drive long term strategy Ability to synthesize large quantities of and complex data into usable/actionable information Experience with financial analysis and modeling Proven experience growing businesses in the consumer space Excellent business intuition and the willingness to move fast Strong leadership skills and proven experience managing a team Deep understanding of retail (e-commerce is a plus) Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in both early stage and corporate environments Excellent written and verbal skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
