Senior Manager, Demand Planning

This individual will report directly to the Demand Planning Director. In this position, your responsibilities will include managing the sales forecasts for our catalog of over 40,000 SKU's. You'll have a chance to learn all aspects of Operations including Inventory Management, Fulfillment and Warehousing, Forecasting, Scheduling and Sourcing. What You'll Do: Manage a team of Demand Planners and Senior Demand Planners, holding them responsible to accurately forecast item level demand. Lead the forecast process and collaborate with teams to ensure total monthly forecast aligns with the corporate sales strategy. Identify risks and opportunities, while recommending action plans to supply and merchandising teams to maximize sales. Provide all levels of the company with updates of forecast information, including ongoing analysis and interpretation of data. Present information verbally as well as in written reports. Hold the team accountable to meet Key Performance Indicators, while developing new views and dashboards to meet metrics. Determining causes of root error and implement processes to drive operational efficiency. Incorporate plans to successfully launch new items and determine optimal stock levels at the correct fulfillment center locations. Identify, test, and execute systematic forecast improvements at all levels of the business. Optimize statistical forecast models while developing scalable solutions for future growth Utilize ERP and Excel tools to conduct analysis for sales forecasting at various aggregation levels Train and lead demand planners to elevate the team performance. Position may require travel What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field 10+ years of supply chain experience (preferably in forecasting and demand planning) Understanding of forecasting methodologies in an e-commerce environment and the impact of the forecast on the overall supply chain. Ability to use various sales and inventory ratios to identify trends across customers and identify risks and opportunities. Advanced Microsoft Office skills, SQL preferred Current managerial responsibility of a team of 5+ Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem solving skills Knowledgeable in planning, inventory, and forecasting systems Self-motivated and proactive E-commerce background is a plus Master's in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field is a plus

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
