Associate Project Manager, Learning and Development

What you'll do: Manage, own and deliver our New Hire Onboarding Journey and conduct New Hire Orientation. Deliver impactful learning courses inside and outside the classroom. Work as a part of the learning team to design, develop and implement engaging, blended and innovative learning/performance solutions using a wide range of resources for onboarding and leadership development across the business. Create eLearning courses using eLearning authoring tools and a variety of other resources. Use rapid design and distribution methods (virtual, classroom, blended, virtual reality and multi-media) that best meet audience needs and positively impact performance. Adapt materials created for the classroom to e-learning, mobile, and social tools. Help scale learning solutions across the Chewy business. State clear instructional goals and create content. Identify metrics based on learning objectives and expected results, and present them in an easy, organized way to SMEs and stakeholders. Maintain project documentation, files and record of attendance. Track, schedule, and organize training content in our Learning Management System (Bridge). What you'll need: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Instructional Design, Learning Technology, HR or related field 5+ years of relevant experience in instructional design or project/program management within corporate learning and development Experience with instructional design models such as ADDIE and SAM Visual design skills and ability to storyboard Expert knowledge of Windows Office basics (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Able to design and develop content using e-Learning authoring tools (Captivate, Storyline, GoAnimate, Camtasia) Advanced project management skills Able to manage priorities and work with ambitious deadlines Excellent facilitation, presentation, and group management skills Creative, able to think outside of instructor-led formats to integrate learning organically in different formats and environments Excellent understanding of the English language, grammar, and syntax Expertise in management and leadership development content with a focus on service and brand/culture training Passionate about learning and willing to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment Superior communication skills and ability to influence Ability to take constructive feedback and pivot positively Position may require travel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
