You will work with key stakeholders and gain high-level exposure while meeting the critical needs of our company, which is experiencing exponential growth. In this newly expanded role, you will oversee the administration of all Benefit plans, Retirement Plans, and Leave/Accommodation Administration programs. This is a highly visible, strategic role responsible for ensuring the Benefit programs enable Chewy to attract, reward, and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will be fluent in plan design and administration, leave regulations and have a strong business acumen. You'll partner with business leaders to design and implement benefits strategy, with one current direct report, and several indirect reports who implement the programs you'll oversee. What You'll Do: Build and lead a world class benefits organization serving the needs of a 9,000 team members and growing.. Design and develop best in class benefits strategies to attract and retain an innovative, high caliber workforce nationwide. Recommend benefits programs to management by studying employee surveys as well as  industry trends and developments in benefits offered by other organizations. Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs. Complies with federal, state, and local legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation; obtaining qualified opinions; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions. Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for Benefit programs, enhancing understanding of Chewy's benefits offerings. Designs and executes annual Open Enrollment; including system updates and writing communications Maintains benefit records; initiating new-hire benefits; recording changes. Resolves employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures. Expedites delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with benefit providers. Reconciles benefits accounts by approving billing statements. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Achieves financial objectives by preparing the benefits and department operational budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends. Centralize Leave Administration and Accommodation processes. Administer company retirement plan; including all requiredaudits and compliance tasks.  Provide plan design guidance. Position may require travel. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree Master's degree from an accredited institution preferred. 8+ years with a proven track record of leading the Benefits function. Leadership experience in a Benefits Design role with strong vendor management experience. Benefits Administration experience, inclusive of Benefits invoice reconciliation, management & deployment of communications materials & presentations to the organization. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Leave Administration & Accommodations for a large size organization with a diverse group of 10K+ team members. Proven ability to function as a subject matter expert, developing and implementing process improvement and technical solutions that enhance efficiencies and performance.  Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. Detail oriented; demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent fluency with data and analysis.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
