HRBPs have a unique opportunity to create human resource strategies that support Chewy's vision, business practices and objectives. Utilizing prior experience and leveraging MBA coursework, our HR Partners provide dynamic solutions to complex people problems leveraging data-driven thinking and growth mindset to guide decision making. Many Chewy employees are also customers, making employee engagement an equally critical element of our customer-first model.

What You'll Do:

HR Business Partners assist our senior leadership in resolving employee issues, conducting any necessary investigations, and providing sound guidance for navigating complex and confidential situations. Employees in this position are seen as trusted advisors with relation to performance management processes, compensation, employee engagement and talent development.

What you ll need:

  • Completing an MBA or Master s degree in Human Resources, Labor and Industrial Relations, or related area with an anticipated graduation date before June 2019
  • Minimum 3. 0 cumulative GPA
  • At least 3-5 years of post-bachelor's experience in Consulting, Strategy, Human Resources or other related field
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience implementing change management strategies
  • Excellent written, verbal, public presentation /communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively with a wide range of personnel, senior leadership and cross-functional departments


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
