Digital Creative Manager

What you'll do:

  • Liaison with Digital Marketing (Customer Acquisition) channel leads and creative team on developing ongoing creative requests and cross-channel digital campaign ideation

-Managing creative delivery and acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative

-Establish monthly creative asset request pipeline

-Provide education to creative team to help increase functional knowledge around digital formats and platforms

-Provide guidance around infrastructure requirements for creative team

-Accountability for delivering KPI goals for channels

  • Continually re-evaluate best practices in digital production and technology and have awareness of the latest trends to adapt to a changing media landscape.
  • Work with Data Science and Operations to develop creative reporting infrastructure and provide insights into asset performance
  • Articulate insights from creative performance data to help inform internal teams on what assets are working, why, and how we iterate on successes
  • Interface with external digital creative vendors to supplement creative services where the internal team lacks bandwidth
  • Identify innovative ways to implement new digital strategies across all platforms and communicate plan to key stakeholders across all levels
  • Coordinate with Direct Mail, TV and Marketing project managers to lead digitals contributions to the Marketing calendar and stay abreast of brand, seasonal and private label promotions
  • Champion the needs of the Digital Marketing team to senior leadership
  • Map dynamic audiences via touch points to design personalized advertising
  • Analyze campaigns/channels creative performance to prioritize creative needs on a weekly basis
  • Manage our Dynamic Creative Optimization vendor, inclusive of asset management and dynamic creative decision tree strategies

What you'll need:

  • 2-4 years of Digital Media or Direct Response Creative experience in support of marketing
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising or related field
  • Digital advertising experience and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats and technologies
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
  • Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical/operational capabilities
  • Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment
  • Experience with Tableau Reporting, MS Excel, Adobe Photoshop, HTML5, and Rich Media
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving problems
  • A track record of performance meeting targets and objectives
  • Understanding of creative decision trees, consumer experience design and marketing attribution
  • Strong project management competency managing cross-functional responsibilities
  • Working knowledge of Demand Side Platforms (DSP) and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) solutions is a plus


Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
