Front Desk - Member Service Specialist

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Know and represent Youfit s Core Values
  • Dedicated to Thrill the Customer
  • Explain services and benefits available to members
  • Provide proper price presentation to members
  • Book fitness assessments
  • Meet monthly membership upgrade goals
  • Work towards resolving customer service issues and provide a positive experience
  • Properly hand off phone inquiries to a member of the Sales Team
  • Proper handling and utilization of Datatrak for document, billing, and POS processing
  • Complete incident report forms, MIC forms, and Cancellation requests
  • Successful completion of New Hire Onboarding Curriculum via Youfit U and pass test within 2 attempts
  • Achieve 90 Day Milestone Requirements
  • Must give proper price presentation (memberships, training packages, and other services)
  • Participate in the cleanliness of the gym
  • Maintain high score on customer service calls
  • Follow and enforce all club policies
  • Additional responsibilities as needed

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
