Email Marketing Manager

Our Opportunity:
Chewy is hiring an experienced Email Marketing Manager for our headquarters in Dania Beach, FL. S/he will own Chewy's promotional emails and will work within a team of marketers and developers who are passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences. S/he must have a track record of driving incremental revenue as well as strong campaign management experience from forecasting and calendar planning to deployments and post-send tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, think holistically about customer experiences, and have excellent communication skills.
What you'll do:
Work closely with CRM team to own and maintain an email calendar for promotional emails using forecasting and trend analysis to meet financial and customer engagement goals.
Manage ongoing optimization of program KPI's by designing and implementing comprehensive, measurable A/B and multivariate testing plans.
Own process for execution and on-time delivery of complex, highly dynamic promotional email campaigns.
QA and deploy promotional emails with a fanatical attention to detail.
Lead direct reports and work closely with project managers and in-house design team to create email campaigns that meet high customer experience standards.
Collaborate with Analytics team to develop post-send campaign write-ups that include the campaign goals, results, and recommendations or opportunities for optimizing future sends.
What you'll need:
4+ years of email or direct marketing experience; ecommerce preferred
Bachelor Degree required; Masters or advanced degree a plus
Experience with an enterprise level ESP and project management tools (JIRA) required
Excellent Excel and data handling skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and draw conclusions.
Proven ability to meet marketing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, attention to detail and problem solving abilities
Be knowledgeable on email best practices, technologies, and trends
Must be willing to travel

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
