Social Advertising Manager

Our Opportunity
Chewy is looking for a Social Advertising Manager to support our digital marketing efforts. The role's primary focus is to drive large-scale social media buys through data-driven customer segments, advanced behavioral targets and tailored creative. The role also includes campaign set-up, day-to-day management, and tracking of campaign/channel performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role sits within our high-performing, metrics-driven customer acquisition team that works collaboratively on strategies to drive channel growth. We are looking for someone who is equally passionate about marketing technology, data analysis and direct marketing to expand our paid social efforts.
What you'll do:
Build successful paid social acquisition campaigns focusing on audience, product, and placement targets to drive channel efficiency and volume
Analyze campaign performance, identify trends and suggest opportunities for improvement as well as provide daily performance checks
Blend creativity and analytical skills with a strong results-oriented, metrics-driven approach to problem solving and campaign management
Optimize campaigns and adjust bids based on direct response measurement for new customer acquisition
Effectively communicate with platform account management teams to drive campaign performance and ensure proper account set-up/measurement
Structure A/B tests around creatives, audiences and bid strategies
Work with Engineering team to troubleshoot any technical bugs or issues with campaigns, as needed
Juggle multiple projects and prioritize time while working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and growing organization
What you'll need:
Bachelor's degree in business, statistics, economics, mathematics, finance or related field
4+ years of experience in Paid Social Marketing
Client side experience, managing large-scale paid social campaigns
Experience with social product ads and managing product feeds
Proficient in Google Analytics
Strong understanding of Facebook bid optimizers and pixel configuration
Candidate must be able to effectively adapt to real-time data and information
Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills and comfortable with data / analytics with interest in learning more (e.g., excel, SQL, etc.)
Position may require travel
Experience with multi-channel attribution
Paid Search Experience
Aptitude with basic SQL queries

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
