Vice President of Creative

Our Opportunity:
Chewy is seeking a Vice President of Creative based at our headquarters in Dania Beach, Florida. The VP of Creative is a key leader who is responsible for the strategic development, management and cross-functional collaboration between Chewy's creative and marketing teams across TV, Studio, Design, UI and Branding. This individual will have full ownership of building out the creative vision, setting brand guidelines and objectives for the team. This role will help provide executive leadership, define strategies and drive all customer-facing initiatives to elevate our brand.
What you'll do:
Create world-class UI's, visuals and layouts that support and reinforce product vision, brand, and business objectives.
Communicate vision and influence output of the Creative team by building a culture of execution focused on performance and quality.
Responsible for design, copy, branding, photography and video production.
Guide all projects and be responsible for the overall quality of work produced.
Ensure that the creative teams are in a tight state of collaboration.
Be an advocate for customers throughout all creative executions.
Develop and manage the creative processes for all marketing, advertising and web experiences.
Position may require travel.
What you'll need:
10+ years of hands-on experience in a creative leadership position at a digital advertising or in-house creative team.
Experience in retail, ecommerce or direct marketing categories.
An enviable portfolio of web and digital design or track record of exceptional team leadership within the past 18 months.
Exceptional communication skills, unstoppable passion and drive ? and a pixel-perfect mentality.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
