Senior Level Developer

Kforce has a client seeking a Senior Level Developer in Dania Beach, Florida (FL).Summary:The Mid-Level Software Developer is part of an agile (SCRUM) development team building and working on enterprise grade software systems on top of the Microsoft .NET development stack. The Mid-Level Software Developer is involved in all areas of development from design to development to testing.Responsibilities:
Working with an agile/scrum team to develop, test, and maintain web and desktop-based business applications built on Microsoft technologies
Assisting in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, and estimates
Preparing reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
Design, develop, and unit test applications in accordance with established standards
Participating in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code
Package and support deployment of releases
Conduct business always with the highest standards of personal, professional and ethical conduct
Perform or assist with any operations as required to maintain workflow and to meet schedules; Notify supervision of unusual equipment or operating problems and the need for additional material and supplies
May participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintain specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines
Ensure all safety precautions are followed while performing the work
Follow all policies and Standard Operating Procedures as instructed by Management
Perform any range of special projects, tasks and other related duties as assigned
Must be available for product build events for DevOps
Working with teammates in the migration of older applications
Solid understanding of object oriented programming concepts
Solid understanding of relational database design and querying concepts
Solid understanding of Object programming and architecture
Familiarity with version control concepts (TFS & GIT)
Solid understanding of Microsoft .NET development using C#
Solid understanding of web development using HTML/5, CSS and JavaScript
Solid understanding of UI-UX applications (e.g. AngularJS/4/5, React, Bootstrap)
Knowledge of client/server application development
Knowledge of unit testing theory
Knowledge of Fiddler or like product for network communication
Familiarity with browser developer tools
Familiarity with QA processes
Familiarity with SCRUM and/or Agile development methodology

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
