As the Controller, you play a pivotal role in the design and preparation of the Company's internal and external financial reporting.
This is a high visibility role working directly with the CEO.
The ideal candidate will be working hand in hand with the CEO and Department Managers to ensure that processes and procedures run as smoothly as possible.
Lead, direct, and motivate staff to achieve or exceed individual and group performance goals and monthly objectives.
Overseeing and controlling the activities of the finance department.
Prepare monthly and quarterly closingsManage and track budget and accounting information including billing, collections, and tax information.
Collaborating with external auditors on annual auditsReporting on the financial performance of the Company to the Management and shareholders.
Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts.
Managing financial controls and accounting proceduresWhat we're looking for:
Minimum Qualificationso Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.

years' accounting experience in a managerial positiono Results-driven personality, eager to partner with upper management to organize, plan, and achieve company financial goals.
o Hands-ono Strong interpersonal skillso Exceptional time management and ability to problem solve under pressure.
o Strong oral and written communication skillso Strong continuous improvement mindseto Previous experience as a controllerPreferred Qualificationso Previous auto/ or consumer finance industry experienceo Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA)Interested in hearing more?
