About The Role:
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist with outstanding analytical and communication skills, who possesses excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
This position reports to the Human Resources Director and Human Resources Manager.
The Senior Human Resource Generalist will assist with the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including hiring andinterviewing staff as needed, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.

nDuties and ResponsibilitiesProven experience and expertise collaborating with the c-suite leadership team to develop and implement policies, procedures and course of action within the scope of Human Resources.
Assists in maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Provides counsel and support to managers/supervisors on issues of company/HR policy application and provides HR services to team members.
Works with organizational leadership to resolve employee relations issues.
Investigates, counsel and assists in resolving disputes.
Practices strong engagement with all team members including accepting diversity of ideas and thoughts, sharing responsibility for success, demonstrating honesty and integrity, helping employees solve problems and showing respect.
Conduct ER investigations, analyze organizational health issues, and work in partnership with the HR Manager to develop and execute plans to address problem areas.
Provide guidance on employment related issues (such as ADA, FMLA, FLSA, harassment, discrimination, diversity, corrective action and progressive discipline) to organizations leadership.
Prepares reports and identifies trends in employee related issues, turnover and performance trends and provides solutions to operations leadership.
Facilitate HR processes and operations programs to ensure ethical, fair and consistent approach.
Assists in creating and developing models for sustaining positive employee relations and positive culture building.
Assist with the creation and implementation of effective training and development programs to meet SOP requirements, skill, proficiency and development needs.
Supports the development and administration of programs, policies and processes to facilitate employee and organizational development.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent related experience (essential)SHRM certification highly preferred or willingness to obtain SHRM certificationExcellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills5-7 years of experience in a Human Resources Generalist position requiredUnderstanding of labor laws, including the latest releases for COVID-19 against CDC regulations; and employment equity regulations.
Efficient HR administration skills, with a deep understanding or affinity for People metrics and dashboards and digital People platforms.
Excellent record keeping skills, primarily with digital or electronic record keeping.
Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
Knowledge of administrative tasks and responsibilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAdvanced computer skills, including MS Office, data entry, data processing, communication tools and payroll and human resources software.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
